Life Isn’t Too Serious After All

Although Lotec was established way back in 1962, it wasn’t until 2004 that they brought around their first production vehicle named Sirius. It then got an update in 2009, giving it a V12 6.0-liter engine from Mercedes-Benz.

It is this very engine that is carried by the exciting Pagani Zonda. With this, the Lotec did get a massive 850hp. There are lots of things to like about this heavily priced supercar.

The V12 engine makes an amazingly powerful sound that is superficially unmistakable. Although the gearshift has its mischievous functionalities, it still manages to push power smoothly and requires you to be very deliberate and decisive before making any combination of power acceleration.

This car has been gifted Porsche standards with the powered rack as well as the pinion steering handling. It can do country roads with equal ease too.

As to how many cars this car was eventually able to bring on the road, statistics remain scarce. However, this car can raise from 0-62 mph in just 3.8 sec and hit the top speed of 244 mph really quick.

There hasn’t been as much talk about this car since inception. However, the effort that such small manufacturers bring forth make the playing ground an interesting place. The Lotec Sirius is just one of the many ideas that have come and gone without as much fuss over time.
