Hyundai has recently announced that its upcoming 2026 Ioniq 6 N will feature special N-branded performance parts. This will allow the buyers to customize their electric sedan with original, ‘à la carte’ upgrades directly from the automaker.
It is due to its N‑division tuning that the Ioniq 6 N has packed the highest-quality performance with up to 641 horsepower. Now, drivers can adjust handling as well as aerodynamics, as many of the N-branded performance parts have been made from carbon-fiber materials in order to reduce the weight of the car and improve the vehicle’s speed and stability at high speeds.
There are also carbon-fiber accents, upgraded suspension bits, and better cooling features. However, the automaker didn’t disclose the list of exact options.
The carbon-fiber parts aren’t merely to reduce the car weight and make it look cool. The Ioniq 6 N also has a special turning vane under it, which helps in reducing lift and boosting downward force while fast driving. Lastly, the 20-inch high-strength wheels weigh 29.2 pounds each. Hyundai claims that wheels are 11.6 pounds lighter than the regular ones.
No pricing or release timeline for these high-performance parts has been announced. But with the 2026 Ioniq 6 N set to begin deliveries soon, buyers will be able to customize their cars once orders open.
