This Roll-Royce Is The Epidemy Of Luxury

A deep-pocketed client of Rolls Royce put the company to task back in 2013 to build him a car modeled against classic cars of 1920. When it was delivered five years later, it was one of the world’s most expensive cars valued at $1 million.

No doubt this wouldn’t be very surprising to come from the world’s leading luxurious auto manufacturer. It further hints that there was lots of work and thought that went into building it.

Among the extraordinary customization on this car were two briefcases that can be pulled in and out of special lockers within the passenger’s cabin. They were made for the owner’s laptop and the trunk to has a special place for the owner’s hat as well as space for an assortment of luggage.

The interior breathes with sophistication with an outline of white leather combined with darker wood touches. The wood is carefully selected Macassar Ebony and open-pore Paldao wood, oozing nothing but luxury.

Rolls Royce Design Director, Giles Taylor acknowledged how delicate the entire process was, “Our job was to guide, edit and finely hone the lines that would ultimately give our client this most perfect of Rolls-Royces.”

But it is the glass roof that will take you aback. According to Taylor, their client want a continuous uninterrupted glass roof that could shed a lot of natural light to illuminate the wonderful features inside the car.

They delivered exactly that, with the designer calling it “one of the largest and most complex ever seen on a motor car of any marque.” You don’t fork out such a colossal amount for no value but it feels good to have this value delivered with unquestionable precision.
