“I am Torgo! I watch the place while The Master is away!”
After aimlessly driving in circles for fifteen minutes (of actual runtime), a family on a road trip loses their way, ending up at the home of maybe-a-satyr, Torgo. When they stay the night, they are attacked by immortal cult leader and polygamy enthusiast, The Master. Or at least, he gets around to attacking them after a lot more nothing happens for thirty more minutes.
The writer, director, producer, and star of the movie, Harold P. Warren, had no background in film, originally working as a fertilizer salesman.
John Reynolds, the actor who played Torgo, was high on LSD for the majority of the filming process.
