Bugatti combines heritage and horsepower in a stunning one-off masterpiece.

Bugatti has disclosed something truly extraordinary and state-of-the-art hypercar named Brouillard. The hypercar has been inspired by horses and built under the latest Solitaire division of the brand.

Bugatti Brouillard isn’t merely a fancy customized car. The automaker says that it’s a piece of rolling art and it’s been particularly designed to celebrate the deep history of the brand as well as the legacy of the company’s founder, Ettore Bugatti, who had a great love for horses. In essence, the name Brouillard has been taken from the name of Ettore Bugatti’s favorite horse.

The Brouillard stands out not merely due to its unique theme. In fact, it’s the first-ever build from Bugatti’s Solitaire program: a level above its already exclusive Sur Mesure customization. There are only two cars that will be created under the Solitaire program. This makes the Brouillard an ultra-limited offering for the world’s most elite car collectors.

The Brouillard has a powerful 8.0-liter W-16 engine with four turbos, which generate an incredible horsepower of 1578. The chassis incorporates both carbon and aluminum fiber for resilience and lightweight performance. There are large roof-mounted air intakes and a central spine that handle cooling.

When it comes to the design, the car is breathtaking for sure. It features familiar Bugatti elements like the horseshoe grille, Mistral-style headlights, and C-shaped side lines. The rear end has stacked exhausts and holographic V-shaped taillights. They are set over a visible carbon-fiber lower body.

Inside, the horse theme continues. There are embroidered horse silhouettes with plaid designs on the doors and seats, green carbon-fiber accents, and custom fabrics from Paris. The gear knob has been made from solid aluminum. It also has a glass insert that holds a tiny sculpture of Brouillard the horse.

As for the price of the Bugatti Brouillard? The automaker hasn’t revealed it; however, expect something well into seven digits.
