The Nissan Z is refreshing and should be here soon

Rumor has it that Nissan is down to work creating the next generation of highly regarded Z model. While details are still scanty at this point, the next-generation Nissan Z is said to get some amazing looks in a retro design.

While sporting a few similarities with the current Z, it is an all-new design and one that is expected to entice fans. It is also a mix that is pulled from the designs of other cars. You can see the looks of the 240Z on the square mouth and near-round headlights while the rear taillights take us back to the 300ZX from the 1990s.

This redesigned car is expected to carry a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine from the Infiniti Q50/Q60 400 Red Sport. It will perform its magic on the road with the help of a nine-speed automatic transmission for now, although there is a possibility for manual transmission.

Perhaps Nissan will be drawing from lesson learn when they paired the put a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 with a manual in a 370Z SEMA show car. As for the release date or a comprehensive outlook of this car, Nissan has not said much. It might as well take a year or two but it is surely something worth keeping an eye on.
