Just What Will A Tesla Truck Give the World?

What Tesla has done for the EV market was agreeably unexpected. Not only has the company created cars that have helped to shape the market but also helped to create enough buzz around EVs, such that lots of people now know one or two things about electric cars.

Tesla has toyed with an electric pickup truck for some time now. It is still unknown when it will hit the streets but no doubt we have all the reasons to believe that it’s not too far from happening. Just what do we expect it to look like?

It is difficult to speculate on the powertrain of a car that comes from a car maker who is truly unconventional. One thing that is granted though is that this one has to be powerful enough to beat conventional gasoline pickups.

A dual motor should be a good guess for a powerful EV truck, and this should not be a long shot to land on given that battery technology is rapidly come up. The Porsche Taycan is already riding on an 800-volt system.

Tesla would have no challenge creating a powerful battery to push its truck. The most interesting space on this truck will certainly be the interior.

Think of all the expectations that go beyond infotainment needs to practicality, luxury, and comfort. If you put this into perspective, there might be less need for touchscreens and instead, focus on physical controls.

This, however, doesn’t give Tesla to install archaic technology. We still expect some creative juices to come from within. We are certain that something is in the pipeline. What it ends up being is something we shall contend to waiting for in the meantime.
