From concept to complete

Croatian hypercar maker Rimac belongs to the class that loves to experiment, to get hands dirty, to learn and keep going. They also know how to keep enthusiasts guessing and waiting for great stuff to come from their production line.

The Rimac One concept was received with a heap of enthusiasm and confirmation that this is a capable car from a promising company. This year, all eyes and thoughts shift to the much-awaited Rimact C-Two, which is slated to debut in Geneva later this March.

With all the speculation making round, the Rimac C-Two will make the Rimac-One look and sound like a weakling and a malnourished sibling of the same parents. The upcoming car promises to be faster and easier to drive than the original, carrying along taking specs and even a full change of name to underline the vehicle’s importance.

The Rimac spent some good time doing rounds in race tracks with 17 prototype cars testing performance in December 2019. It is from these tests that speeds were reported to hit 1.85 seconds for 0-62 mph. The top speed sits at 258 mph, yet the company claims that the Rimac Two will “an everyday car that will be user-friendly with plenty of creature comforts.”

Rimac says that a crazily faster version is set to come over in the future. This one will specifically be meant for the track and there is even the likelihood of doing round at the unforgiving Nurburgring track.
