Now This Is A Getaway Car

Don’t blink or you might just miss it

Bet you can’t guess what make and model of this getaway car. I’ll give you a hint, it’s badge is under the luxury sportscar brand in Italy and the model name is the name for a tropical cyclone. If you haven’t guessed by now I’ll give you a couple of more hints along with some of the specs to give you a better idea.

The base price of this model starts at $300,000 (without customizing) and has a 5.2L V10 7-speed dual-clutch engine boasting 631 hp at 8,000 rpm with all-wheel-drive capabilities. This model is the first under the company to feature all stability and chassis systems while rationing torque from the front to the rear of the vehicle.

The upholstery should be a dead giveaway, offering an exclusive material called Carbon Skin. The unique material draws inspiration from the aerospace industry, creating a carbon-fiber material that is flexible and durable while weighing less than average leather creating a 3D effect and a soft material like no other.

On the 7-speed dual-clutch, even and odd-numbered gears feature their own counter shafts with different output ratios to the differential, making for perfect gear spacing to optimize engine speed for any situation. For the wheel, each one has its own steering actuator for extra leverage on the outboard side while the inboard wheel is maintained slightly off-center to keep the car rotating. It only takes 2.9 seconds to go from 0 to 60 mph with a top speed of 202 mph.

Do I have you stumped? It’s none other than the Lamborghini Huracán Evo! Check out this getaway car in action in the video above.
