The Range Rover Velar Is Testing In The Arctic Circle

Snow-White Velar Is The Color Choice And You’ll Love It

It wouldn’t be wrong to say that the Range Rover Velar is a direct competitor of the Jaguar F-Pace. In fact, its uniqueness from other Range Rovers such as the Evoque and the Sport cements this observation even further.

The 2019 version uses a new platform that is closely similar to the Jaguar F-Pace. This is one is heavy on price , but doesn’t disappoint in making you look and feel expensive too. It’s luxurious and has more off-road capability than most rivals.

In size, the Velar sits somewhere between a BMW X4 and X6, Mercedes GLC Coupe and GLE Coupe, and above the Audi Q5. On the 2019 version, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto are available for the first time and are bundled together in the Smartphone Pack package.

As if this is not enough, you can now order Velar’s Premium Textile interior upholstery to push the level of posh a little further. The Driver Assistance package bundles together last year’s Drive Pro, Park, and Park Pro packages into an all-inclusive driver-assistance feature that is braced with automated emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control with active steering assist, and a self-parking feature.

The Velar gets power from either a turbocharged 2.0-liter gasoline-fed four-cylinder, a 2.0-liter diesel-powered four, or a supercharged 3.0-liter V-6. It has long been held that this is a vehicle emphasizing both style and performance.

This is further displayed on its 20-inch wheels, leather seats, a 17-speaker Meridian audio system, power rear lift-gate, and in-dash navigation. Inside the Velar is a clean layout of everything from the dashboard all the way to the cargo space.

Suffice it to say that range rover took time to design this one. Luckily, it came out with the thoughtfulness it was granted.
