This Ferrari Lives Up To The Name Superfast

A group of crazy petrol heads down in German are known for their equally outrageous work of McLaren 720s. They are a custom-making marque called the Novitec and what they have done on the Ferrari 812 is exemplary.

The official name gives to it is Ferrari 812 N-Largo. Through this name, it sheds “Superfast” moniker, but in a special way retains those super-fast qualities and in fact, enhances them.

To achieve their seemingly misplaced ideology of a supercar, Novitec increases the 812’s horsepower by a whole 39bhp and 29lb ft.

This means that it now produces a breathtaking 828bhp and 553 pounds from a naturally-aspirated V12 engine. With this, the 812 does 0-62 mph in an impressive 2.8 seconds, op speed is capped at 214 mph.

The engine has been given a new exhaust system that can be had as either stainless steel or Inconel (the same material used on Formula 1 cars) you can also choose it with or without valves. Either way, you are certain to be at loggerheads with neighbors and probably local authorities as well depending on what specifications you choose.

The new exterior styling retains lots of basic features of the original car but also brings about loads of carbon fiber bodywork. In the end, this car gets an increases its front by 7 cm and 14 cm at the rear. In total, the car gets 221 cm of width.

Perhaps the most impressive part of all this trembling shakeup isn’t just for show but is rather very practical. The German builder claims that this car gets more downforce to support the crazy speeds.

The new diffuser that gets inspiration for Formula 1 race cars is also tilting the scale to practicality. You can tell off or bring down a mind that is determined. These guys wanted to give an extremely different outlook on the 812 and they managed, albeit with a great, impressive effort.
