It Has Been A Good Companion: Things Just Got Better

The BMW 3 series has maintained a considerably good standing and is a defining factor in the sport-sedan class. With awesome styling, stability and on-road handling, this car continues to fight a good fight.

The series has maintained two plausible engine options. There is a four-cylinder that carries 2.0litre and is turbocharged.

This one produces 255 horsepower and pulls 295 lb-ft of torque. It is affixed on the 330i. Then there is the M340i that comes with a 3.0 turbocharged with inline-six.

It generates as much as 385hp and pulls 369 lb-ft. Each of these engines is tuned to an eight-speed automatic transmission. They drive the rear wheels but you can pick on an all-wheel drive.

The 328i came as a replacement for the golden and old 325i, which carried a naturally aspirated 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine making good-enough 209bhp. This has now been tweaked to a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that does 239bhp output.

That is not much but in comparison with others in this class, this is still way beyond and affords classy comfort. Inside the entire 3-series, space has been given to increase the trunk which now opens and closes hands free.

The infotainment is more and easily responsive. The touchscreen can be had with a 12.3-inch touchscreen. You can have a digital gauge cluster, customized interior lighting, and general ambiance uplift.

There have been few misgivings on just about any BMW sedan and the readjustment of the 328i just works to make things more gorgeous.
