The Car That Brought Curves And Numbers

It is quite a big deal when a supercar comes into the market and turns around and spins our heads with the extravagant and extraordinary approach. Even when their begins are small, and some fade too fast, the frenzy this throws around is palpable. It is something that makes even the best supercar makers give a second look and learn from the challenge.

The Shayton Equilibrium made by little known Slovenian supercar maker Provoco became a good machine good enough to throw major brands into rethinking. The numbers, the design, and the enthusiasm exuded great pride in this new entrant.

We quite can’t trace where this extremely edifying description came from but we will quote it with all the exaggeration, “Shayton is a new God, the God of speed and performance. Faster than wind, more powerful than the storm and as beautiful as if it was shaped by supernatural forces themselves.”

The engine running this monster racer is a V12 that produces a massive 1,084 bhp and a peak torque of 930 Nm. With wheels and body works curved out of carbon fiber and aluminum, lightweight is adequately catered for.

A vehicle of such gifts that is able to dash from 0 to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds sounds credible enough for whatever competition that may be thrown it’s way. It does 250 mph at the top speed, placing it among the fastest vehicles.

The Shayton Equilibrium has been around for a couple of years. It still ranks as some of the crazily curved cars in the last decade or so.
