This Jeep is rolling over the competition with off-roading force

The rugged Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is as hardy a hauler as we all expect from Jeeps. In addition, the addition of an optional power-sliding top in its trims now makes the vehicle friendlier to cruise within summer. Even in colder weather, the Unlimited has an option of the three-piece hardtop that comes with a rear defroster and tight full-frame doors.

But this tough car can also get sporty and trendy. Inside, cloth seats come as standard, but you can raise up to leather upholstery to give it a more lavish look. For infotainment, there is a choice of 7 or 8.4-inch touchscreen juiced with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for your smartphone connectivity. The four-door road monster Wrangler Unlimited can pull a whopping 3,500 pounds while the two-door tows up to 2,000 pounds.

The Unlimted Jeep drives a V-6 engine that produces 285hp and has 3.6-liter. It is mated to six-speed manual gearbox transmission but you can pick the optional eight-speed automatic. Other engines above the standard include a four-cylinder 2.0-turbocharged engine that does and 270-hp and 295 pounds-feet of torque.

This one is fixed to an eight-speed automatic. Jeeps bring around four-wheel drive as standard in a bid to underline their off-road worthiness.

The Jeep seats are a little too high, which may not resonate very well with enthusiasts of low-sitting vehicles. But this is a Jeep and it has to be as extraordinary as possible.
