The GMC Acadia Is The Pride Of Space And Tech

GMC Introduces Ultimate New Family Car

The new curvaceous design of the 2019 GMC Acadia has left it looking like one nicely refined piece of metal. It has managed to to incorporate masculinity while still maintaining some soft spots.

When you pick the All-Terrain package, you get an extra level of ruggedness that won’t disappoint on your off-road escapades. GMC generally loves curvy designs.

This one has been tweaked upward with squared-off wheel arches that give it truck-like looks. Out back, the Acadia sports large taillights with a chrome piece connecting them.

The Acadia’s base engine is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder gathering 193 horsepower. However, there is an optional 3.6-liter V-6 that produces a whole 310 horsepower.

It is able to pick from 60 mph in 6.1 seconds. A six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive are standard with either engine; all-wheel drive is optional. Additionally, the 2.5-liter is good for maximizing fuel efficiency.

Acadia offers plenty of tech for the crowd aboard. From an abundance of USB ports to onboard 4G LTE Wi-Fi, passengers can easily stay connected.

The touchscreen infotainment system is intuitive and responsive; charging more than one device that requires a 12-volt outlet may prove a challenge, as only one of those outlets is provided. The Acadia is offer in six trims;SL,SLE-1,SLE-2,SLT-1,SLT-2 and Denali.

It is spacious and well suited to haul seven passengers around for a long time.
