The Lincoln MKC Has Stepped Several Notches High

Its New And Ready To Handle The Challenges Of 2019

Automakers are highly experimental. As far as the engineering abilities allow they will use their art and craft to create some really great brands. Lincoln is doing something in line with this.

Lincoln is transplanting the face, the Navigator and placing is right onto its smallest crossover, the MKC. The refreshed MKC also gains some really nice and admirable tech specs.

The face of the 2019 MKC is one element that has been beautifully rendered. The old split grille which carried the has been replaced with a more assertive Lincoln Continental-inspired grille with separated LED headlight assemblies and a new bumper with LED light accents.

A revised rear end sports LED lighting that continues to stretch from side to side helps to uplift the entire look of this machine. The power train remains more or less the same.

It uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 245 horsepower as its base engine and a 285-hp turbo 2.3-liter four as an upgrade. Both pair with a six-speed automatic transmission and either front- or all-wheel drive.

Trims include, Select, Reserve, and Black Label trim levels. A rolling wi-fi hotspot, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility are standard across the range, 18-inch wheels, along with a nine-speaker audio system and 8.0-inch touchscreen with Ford’s Sync 3 system on board.

We all do good with some little to massive upgrading from time to time. This one is clearly proud to have stepped up several notches high.
