You Can’t Fail To Notice This One

The Plymouth Prowler brings back the 1930s like it was just yesterday. With a lot of refreshments on board, the open-wheel design of this car is the ultimate point of admiration.

When the car was showcased at the 1993 North America auto show, it wasn’t hard to give the green light for it to get down to production. When it was launched, the car drove on a V6 214 horsepower engine that spent a 3.5-liter.

It is the 2019 engine that carried 3.5L raised horsepower to 253 hp and 255 pound-feet of torque. It is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and happens to be one of the light-weighted objects at just 1,270 kgs.

Inside, this car wears a lot of desirable equipment. Talk of heat seating, air conditioning as well as a sound system that is loud enough to catch the attention of the entire town.

The prowler is indeed a car that was built both to be seen and offer a memorable ride. The Plymouth was originally cutting off $55,000 but has cut things down to $39,500.

Chrysler must feel very proud of bringing a car as radical as the Prowler to this planet for pure enjoyment. Whether it becomes something collectors will hold onto for long enough is something only time will tell.

It is estimated that about 10,000 examples were produced, and this is a number good enough to make them collectibles sometimes in the future.
