The Ford Mustang requires little introduction into the class of cars that make heads turn wherever it goes. It is, even in the age of hugely competitive supercars still an all-time classic.

Things remain undisturbed until a Russian company decides to design a fully electric car based on the 1967 Mustang. Dubbed the Aviar R67, the company claims that the Mustang EV will be “the first electric muscle car with incredible acceleration dynamics and a high level of comfort.”

For a car that is poised to make 0-62 mph in a mere 2.2 seconds, and hit a top speed of 155 mph, life couldn’t sound more demanding. The Mustang will draw its power from a pair of electric motors placed one each axle. It rides all the four wheels and making a combined output of 840 hp. Using a battery that does 100-kW-hr you may ride about 315 miles.

The frame is curved using aluminum and carbon fiber. The adaptive air suspension system allows you to get closer to the ground, thus giving you that cool and sportier driving experience.

Conspicuously, however, the cabin endeavors to keep things minimal and practical. You will, however, quickly notice the mega touchscreen and an equally fat steering wheel. The sunroof completes the vehicle’s grandiose look.
